Job knowledge, strong organization relationships and solid management skills comprise the foundation. Here is a unique opportunity for you to hear tips and solid best practices to enhancing key competencies that lead to building credibility, including: understanding how what you say and do impacts your credibility, developing a strategy to differentiate credible suppliers, and creating effective work relationships with your boss and employees that lead to improved performance.
*Guest Presenter:*	Christopher "Kit" Tuveson, President, Tuveson & Associates Kit Tuveson is President of Tuveson & Associates, a Facility Management consultancy company focusing on FM Organizational Development, FM Sustainability Strategies, and Educational/Training development. His 36-year Hewlett-Packard career included responsible positions in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Line Management, Facilities Management and Environmental Health & Safety. He has managed facilities teams, global program managers, cross functional teams, and served as HP's Global Director of Facility Management Operations and also Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety. Kit is a Stanford graduate with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Engineering. He is a Lifetime Certified Facility Manager, and was IFMA's Board Chairman in 1998 where he instituted their formal Association Strategic Planning process.
