Richard "Bo" Bodo, Director of Business Development, Windsor
An industry veteran for over a decade, Bo has helped thousands of people across the country to get a handle on their carpet and hard floor care issues. Bo is an IICRC Certified Instructor, Master Textile Cleaner, member of the consensus bodies of both the IICRC S100 Carpet Care Standard and IICRC S600 Carpet Installation Standard, and an industry writer with a background in both chemical and equipment manufacturing.
Bo lives in the oldest city in the United States, St. Augustine, Florida, with his wife and seven children.

Robert Cuzzi, Senior Vice President of VDA (Van Deusen & Associates), an international leader in vertical transportation consulting, has been in the elevator industry almost twenty (20) years. Prior to his 12 years as a consultant handling projects for major retailers throughout the country, in addition to high profile buildings such as The Plaza Hotel, Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden, he directed the operations of a large, independent elevator contractor specializing in elevator modernization, repair and maintenance in New York City. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College in 1986, is a QEI certified elevator inspector, and active in various elevator industry organizations.

Mr. Nadler has almost 30 years of design, management, financial and leadership experience in the construction and facilities fields. During his career, he has accumulated experience from both the owner's & vendor's perspective. Mr. Nadler is currently an independent consultant working with facility managers, commercial property owners, retailers and contractors in facility maintenance, construction and design to reduce expenses while improving efficiencies.
Mr. Nadler received his BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Masters from Arizona State University. Nadler Resources is an Energy Star Service Provider and Mr. Nadler is a LEED Green Associate and registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Nadler is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, ASHRAE, Association of Energy Engineers, PRSM and IFMA.
Rob Schmuelling is the Senior Buyer at Luxottica Retail North America which includes the LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision, Ilori, Sears and Target Optical brands totaling over 5,000 stores and 40,000 employees. Rob is responsible for commodities and services purchased worth $25MM annually which includes purchasing of Maintenance Services jointly with their Store Maintenance Team, Lighting, Waste Removal and non-optical related Supplies (non saleable products) for stores and the corporate headquarters. He manages over 100 maintenance contracts. An employee of 23 years, he started in 1986 when there were only 200 stores. Rob is a member of PRSM for 8 years and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
Peter Mohrhauser founded Retail Maintenance Service, Inc (RMS, Inc.) in 1992 and has been a PRSM member since inception. His company currently services over 30,000 client locations throughout North America, and has won multiple "Inc. 5000" awards recognizing the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. Peter is a three time winner of the Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce's coveted "Future 50" award recognizing leaders of the fastest growing companies in the Milwaukee region. He previously served as Chairman of PRSM's Best Practices Committee and as Chairman of the Industry Partnerships Committee.
