2010 Allied Corporate (Vendor) Membership Dues Structure


In response to member feedback, PRSM has revised the dues structure for year 2010 for vendors to allow more individuals from each company to be actively involved in the Association.

These dues are only valid with an Allied Corporate Affidavit of Annual Sales Volume signed by your company's Primary/Voting Member or a corporate officer.

 

THE AFFIDAVIT IS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL.  Any discrepancy may result in termination of membership.

(Each new corporate membership application must be accompanied with a completed/signed Affidavit / refer to below).

 

 

Allied Corporate Affidavit

(Based on Total Corporate Annual Sales Volume; not just that derived from the retail industry.  This form must be completed & signed by the Primary/Voting Member or a corporate officer for a membership approval.)
