Exhibitor Policy
 

A.

All exhibiting companies must be members of PRSM Association.

 

B.

There will be no limit on the number of individual vendors allowed to register for a conference from an exhibiting company, however, only three (3) exhibit registrants, who are booth staff, per 10x10 exhibit space, will be allowed in the exhibit hall during exhibition hours.

 

C.

All exhibitor delegates and booth staff personnel will be required to attend a mandatory vendor education session prior to the opening of the exhibition hall.

 Non-Exhibiting Vendor (Vendor Attendee) Policy
 

A.

 

Vendor attendees (members and non-members) will be encouraged to attend PRSM Association conferences. Vendor companies may register an unlimited number of representatives for each PRSM Association event. 

  B. Vendor attendees will be admitted to the exhibition hall one day only during National Conferences.
  C. Non-member vendor attendees may attend a PRSM Association conference as a vendor attendee one time only. The vendor company must join PRSM Association prior to registering for any subsequent conferences.
  D. Only one vendor attendee representative per company will be allowed on the exhibit hall floor at any given time. 
  E. Vendor attendees may sell their services on the exhibit hall floor only to exhibiting vendors provided it does not interfere with the retailers' time with the exhibiting vendors on the exhibit hall floor.
  F. All vendor attendee, both member and non-member, are required to attend a mandatory vendor education session (in person or via electronic means) prior to the opening of any exhibition at a conference to learn about the association's ethics policy and rules of engagement.

Membership List Availability
  A. A membership list will be made available through the membership database in the members' only section of the PRSM Association website as a member benefit for business purposes and use only. This list will include: name, title, company, address, phone number, email, and membership status only. Membership lists must not be used to spam PRSM Association members at any time.  
  B. A pre and post conference registration list for each conference will be provided (electronically or via mail) to both exhibiting and non-exhibiting vendors and sponsors at that event, via email or mail, to the individual listed as the primary contact with the PRSM Association. This list will include: name, title, company, address, phone number, and membership status only. Email addresses will not be made available.  
  C. PRSM will not sell its membership list.  
  D. Membership lists may not be made available to retail or vendor nonmembers or other groups/organizations/individuals, except in cases with PRSM suppliers as part of its formal agreement/partnership.

PRSM Logo Usage Agreement


The PRSM logo is protected by copyrightand/or trademark.  Only Vendor Members may use the PRSM logo under certain guidelines, as outlined below and per  usage agreement:  
  • The Vendor Company must be an active member and current with membership dues.
  • Any infringement on the use of the PRSM logo or violation of the rules as set forth will terminate membership effective immediately, and all materials bearing the PRSM logo must be destroyed.

The logo is to be used only on the following materials:

  • Marketing materials
  • Business cards
  • Company website
